Three channels, one send.
Beam checks whether the recipient supports
blue bubbles, then picks the channel: iMessage for eligible iPhones, RCS when the Android recipient's phone and
carrier support it, SMS fallback for everyone else. The contact keeps one pinned number, so the whole relationship
stays in one thread. iMessage and FaceTime Audio run outside carrier A2P 10DLC, so a client can start conversations
now. SMS fallback remains subject to applicable carrier A2P requirements.
Read receipts and typing indicators.
The real ones, on blue bubble threads, in the same
GoHighLevel integration that sends. Your team knows the message was read and knows when the lead is typing, which is
exactly when a human reply changes the outcome. SMS does not carry those signals, so Beam does not pretend it
does.
FaceTime Audio into your Voice AI agent.
Beam FaceTime Audio connects directly to Voice
AI agents. These calls travel over an internet connection instead of the carrier voice network, so carrier call labels
do not apply. The recipient still has to be reachable on FaceTime and their own call settings still apply.
Inbound calls on the same contact.
Route an inbound call on a Beam line to your team or
to a Voice AI agent. Beam uses the caller's phone number as the shared identity, so a person who calls and texts stays
on one conversation and one CRM contact. The agent can call, Beam follows up by text, and the thread can hand back to
a call.
A GoHighLevel workflow that knows the client.
Keep your triggers, delays and conditions
in GoHighLevel. Add a Custom Webhook step with a workspace bearer token, and Beam pulls the destination from that
exact contact in the connected location, so nobody pastes a phone number into a workflow. A conflicting duplicate
contact stops the send for review instead of guessing.
A workspace for every client.
Each Beam client or reseller runs in its own workspace:
separate inbox, numbers, assistant, team, CRM connection and API key. Nothing crosses between workspaces, so one
client's lead can never appear in another client's inbox and your setup is a checklist rather than a build.
Apple and Android devices.
Beam sends from both. Android leads get RCS when their phone
and carrier support it, with SMS fallback otherwise, from the same line the contact already knows. You never branch a
workflow by handset.
MCP scoped to one client.
Streamable HTTP with an Authorization: Bearer
header, plus a stdio bridge you run with Node.js. Agency owners pick the client workspace before creating the token
and create one token per client, so an AI agent works a single client's conversations and nothing else.
One focus: texting, calling, conversions.
Beam works on texting and calling, and judges
both by whether they produce replies, booked calls and closed deals. That is the short list a business owner is
measured on, so it is the list every Beam release ships against.
